Big Brother Naija also known as BBNaija is a reality show in which contestants live in an isolated house and compete for a large cash prize worth $100000 at the end of the show by avoiding being evicted by viewers.

The reality TV show is a Nigerian spin-off of Big Brother Africa which ran for 9 seasons. Big Brother Naija was first introduced in 2006. It was relaunched in 2017 as BBNaija with online clothing store PayPorte as its headline sponsor. PayPorte discontinued its sponsorship after two seasons. The 2019 edition is to be sponsored by online betting company, Bet9ja.
